This database of dilapidations cases is a new and experimental feature on our website. As with our Leasehold enfranchisement: decisions database, the aim is to provide a simple-to-navigate source of authoritative cases.
We’d like to make the database complete, easy to search, and a good source for the complete decision. Please let us have your views, criticisms and comments. We intend, if it gets used a fair bit, to keep it maintained and up-to-date, and improve it if we can.
